This Privacy Policy describes how giv, a software platform, handles information collected through its use at givonline.app. giv is not a financial service, payment processor, or fundraising manager.

By using giv, you agree to the practices described here.

2.1 Organisations

Organisation name, type, description; contact person's name, email, phone; country and city; website URL (optional); registration/trade licence document; profile logo and any voluntarily uploaded documents.

2.2 Team Members

Invitee name, email, and assigned role.

2.3 Givers

giv does not collect personal information from givers; they interact directly with the Organisation's own payment processor, governed by that processor's terms.

2.4 Usage Data

Limited technical data (login activity, session information) necessary for security and operation.

To create and manage Organisation accounts; deliver account-related communications (verification codes, status notices); send team invitations; issue Service Fee invoices; respond to support requests; maintain security and operation of giv. Not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating giv.

No sale, rental, or sharing of personal information for commercial or marketing purposes. Trusted third-party providers may access information only as needed to perform their function. Disclosure may occur where required by valid legal process.

Retained only as long as needed to operate giv and meet legal obligations; profile information is removed on account closure, subject to records required to be kept by law.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied; no method of internet transmission is completely secure.

Where applicable under the UAE Personal Data Protection or other applicable legislation, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information via admin@givonline.app.

Only strictly necessary cookies (authentication, session) are used; no advertising or tracking cookies.

giv is intended for registered organisations only, not directed at individuals under 18.

giv integrates with third-party providers, each under its own privacy policy.
